Sam Shnider is an attorney licensed in California and Hawaii, with experience in contracts and commercial law, criminal law, personal injury, contract drafting and interpretation, and international law. A graduate of University of Southern California Gould School of Law, Sam served as law clerk overseas at the Hague criminal tribunal, assisting the judges with questions of law and procedure, and later working on an international criminal defense team. In California, Sam represented affirmative asylum applicants through the East Bay Sanctuary in Berkeley, CA, as well as preparing U-Visa and DACA applications at the International Institute of the Bay Area in Oakland.
